5.1 Program Description & Types of Messages
By providing your mobile phone number and opting in to receive text messages from BYOT Auto Parts, you consent to receive the following types of SMS/MMS messages:

- Inventory alerts — notifications about new vehicle or parts arrivals
- Appointment reminders — confirmations and updates related to vehicle drop-off or appointments

Message frequency will vary based on your activity and the season. You may receive:

- Transactional or appointment-related messages as needed (triggered by your actions)
- Automated responses to HELP and STOP keywords

5.3 Message & Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply. Standard carrier messaging and data rates apply to all SMS communications. Please check with your mobile carrier if you are unsure about your plan’s messaging rates.
5.4 Opt-Out Instructions
You may cancel SMS messages at any time. To opt out, simply reply:

After receiving your STOP request, BYOT Auto Parts will send one final confirmation message and you will receive no further messages unless you choose to opt back in. To opt back in at any time, text START to the same number.

5.7 Carrier Disclaimer
BYOT Auto Parts is not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages due to carrier outages, signal issues, or platform errors. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
