BYOT AUTO PARTS – MOBILE APP TERMS & CONDITIONS

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the BYOT Auto Parts mobile application (“App”), operated by BYOT Auto Parts (“BYOT,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the App.

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By accessing or using the App, you confirm that you:

• Are at least 16 years of age (required for participation in the rewards program)
• Have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms
• Consent to our data collection practices as described in our Privacy Policy

BYOT Auto Parts reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify users of material changes via in-app notification or email where reasonably possible.

2. USE OF THE APP

The App is provided to assist customers in:

• Saving and accessing digital receipts
• Running vehicle parts interchanges
• Earning and redeeming reward points
• Accessing promotions, inventory alerts, and store communications

You agree to use the App only for its intended purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and these Terms.

You agree NOT to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the App or its systems
• Share your account credentials with others or use another person’s App or credentials
• Attempt to exploit, circumvent, or manipulate the rewards or pricing systems
• Use automated scripts or bots to interact with the App

3. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION

To access certain features of the App, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Keep your account information up to date at all times
• Maintain the security and confidentiality of your login credentials
• Accept full responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account

BYOT reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that contains false information or is used in violation of these Terms.

4. REWARD POINTS PROGRAM

4.1 How Points Are Earned

Reward points are earned based on the actual part price and warranty price before taxes and fees. Points are awarded at the time of purchase only; transactions cannot be applied retroactively after the sale is complete.

To earn points and access rewards, you must:

• Be logged into the App at the time of purchase
• Check in AND check out using the in-App scanner
• Scan barcodes at the time of purchase only
• Be physically present with the live App to earn points, use promotions, or redeem rewards
• Show the App to an associate to receive discounts and incentives

4.2 Expiration

Points and coupons expire 365 days from the date issued. Expired points and coupons cannot be restored or reinstated.

4.3 Program Changes

The accumulation and redemption of reward points are subject to the terms of the rewards program, which are subject to change at any time at BYOT’s sole discretion.

4.4 Exclusions

The following are excluded from earning reward points or utilizing any incentives or discounts through the BYOT Auto Parts App or BYOT Auto Parts Point of Sale System. BYOT Auto Parts reserves the right to deny rewards or incentives to any customer who:

• Is a volume or bulk buyer purchasing more than 2 of the same items within a one-month rolling period
• Generally purchases parts in bulk or volume quantities
• Has a purchase where core charges are not paid or cores are not returned
• Uses another person’s app account or credentials
• Attempts to combine discounts or point redemptions with any other incentive or promotion (these cannot be stacked)
• Is purchasing a vehicle (Vehicle Sales are excluded)
• Is purchasing marked-up items
• Is under 16 years of age
• Is purchasing Batteries, Tire Sets of 2 or 4, Thrift items, or Vending items

5. PUSH NOTIFICATIONS

As a member of the BYOT Auto Parts App Program, you agree to receive push notifications through the App regarding:

• Weekly sales and promotions
• New inventory arrivals
• Store announcements and events
• Reward point updates and coupon alerts

You may manage or disable push notifications at any time through your device’s operating system settings. Disabling push notifications will not affect your ability to use core App features.

⚠️ 6. SMS / TEXT MESSAGE PROGRAM DISCLOSURE

6.1 Program Description & Types of Messages

By opting into the BYOT Auto Parts Text Campaign, you provide your express written consent to receive automated SMS/MMS text messages from BYOT Auto Parts, including:

• Promotional messages — weekly sales, flash deals, discounts, and limited-time offers
• Reward & loyalty alerts — point balance updates, coupon availability, and tier notifications
• Inventory announcements — new vehicle and parts arrival alerts
• Event & store notices — grand openings, holiday hours, special events
• Transactional messages — purchase confirmations and account-related updates
• Customer support responses — replies to inbound inquiries

Consent to receive automated text messages is NOT required as a condition of purchase or use of the App.

6.2 Message Frequency

You may receive up to 8 messages per month from the text campaign. Transactional and support messages may be sent as needed based on your activity.

6.3 Message & Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. Standard carrier SMS and data rates apply to all messages sent and received. Contact your mobile carrier if you are unsure about your plan’s messaging rates.

6.4 Opt-Out Instructions

You may cancel your SMS subscription at any time. To opt out, reply:

Upon receipt of your STOP request, BYOT Auto Parts will send one final confirmation message and you will receive no further promotional messages unless you choose to opt back in. To re-subscribe at any time, text START to the same number.
